Pilar started out by meeting with me and explaining the whole purchasing process in LA, then began sending me listings so I could get a sense of the market. I wasn’t in a rush, and kept narrowing my criteria, so we visited properties over five months to find a place I loved. She then helped me strategize and be the first to make an offer, bypassing an inevitable bidding war. While I did my due diligence, she never rushed me, meeting me to see the property at different times of day and night. Through it all, she always made me feel like a priority and never pressured me to settle for a place that didn’t feel right. I’m very grateful to her for helping me find a new home I love.
