I was selling a condo that I had been renting out. When I put it up for sale we discovered that there was a sewage back-up in the building, with considerable damage to my condo. Regina did a terrific job of finding a buyer, helping me get compensated by the HOA, and dealing with the buyer who had financing problems. I’m 90 years old and hard of hearing so Regina had to do a lot of the communication. She was always available and advised me on the numerous decisions I had to make because of the unusual circumstances.
