I bought my first home this year and Pilar did a great job leading me through the process. When I first started searching for homes, I contacted several real estate agents and ultimately chose Pilar. She stood out to me because she was very responsive, knowledgeable and humble. I could sense an ego with other agents, but not with Pilar. I trusted that she had my best interests in mind. Throughout the few months working with her she was very diligent and attentive to my needs. She never once seemed tired of answering my endless questions no matter how minor and was always cheerful during our interactions.
If she did not have an immediate answer to my questions she would always hunt the answer down and get back to me. She made the process very easy for me. I travel a lot for work and she had no problem getting everything done even though I was away 75% of the time during escrow. I definitely recommend working with Pilar if you’re looking to purchase property.
