We live 300 miles from Santa Monica so it was important for us to find someone who can understand our requirements accurately and someone who we can trust completely. We were lucky to have found Pilar in this process as she was very committed to work with us, she knew the SM real estate market well and gave us great advice along the way. Ultimately, she found us that ‘right’ property which suited all our needs even before it went on market in this saturated SM area. She was very professional throughout the process and flexible with our timelines given that we were not there on site throughout the transaction and felt very comfortable having her represent us for inspections, negotiations etc.
