One Zoom meeting later, Regina efficiently laid out a plan for cleaning, repairing, renovating, buying new appliances and staging the condo for listing. We didn’t have to do a thing after that. All we had to do was approve and pay online. When the condo was ready to list, we almost wanted to back out because the place looked transformed into a modern luxury ocean front condo. Within a week of listing we had a contract and closed 3 weeks later. The escrow agent Regina chose fell right in line handling everything from there and the closing was quick, painless and efficient.
