PIlar helped us with our first home purchase and she was wonderful. We met Pilar at an open house in culver city. The place she was showing already had several offers on it but she had printed out similar listings with open houses close by. That left a good impression on us and a couple of weeks later we ‘broke up’ with our then agent and called her. It took us a while to find a place that had everything we were looking for but she stuck with us the whole time, remained responsive throughout and it always felt like we were her only clients. She walked us through the purchase process, referred contractors and loan officers from whom we also received great service. We’re very happy with our new place.
