I have known Regina personally for 9 years. I always knew she would be who I would use when I was ready to buy property. She is delightfully aggressive as an agent and intimately knowledgeable about the ins and outs, of pricey, street-by-street, socially stratified Santa Monica. I was a novice to competitive bidding and the hair-pulling minutiae of closing escrow with outstanding work that needed to be bid on. She walked me through the slew of paperwork and sent me on my way with a list of vetted contractors to finish up with after my amazing two week escrow closed. I could not recommend her grace, her wonderful sense of humor and her expertise more highly.

We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor in making our first home purchase. Pilar was informative, patient and available when we needed her, from start to finish. In our case, we found something we loved very fast and she walked us through every step in our lightning speed escrow with ease (especially since we were full of questions after having found something so quickly). She helped make a very exciting but overwhelming time go smoothly and with as little additional stress as possible. We highly recommend her and her services.

Pilar started out by meeting with me and explaining the whole purchasing process in LA, then began sending me listings so I could get a sense of the market. I wasn’t in a rush, and kept narrowing my criteria, so we visited properties over five months to find a place I loved. She then helped me strategize and be the first to make an offer, bypassing an inevitable bidding war. While I did my due diligence, she never rushed me, meeting me to see the property at different times of day and night. Through it all, she always made me feel like a priority and never pressured me to settle for a place that didn’t feel right. I’m very grateful to her for helping me find a new home I love.

Pilar helped us with a purchase of an investment condo for a 1039 exchange. She helped us find an ideal space, in an ideal location. Pilar was very patient, competent, and helpful throughout the whole process and was available often at short notice to help us get in with contractors to evaluate for upgrades. She couldn’t be nicer and made us feel comfortable asking many questions. She also helped my parents find a rental property in Santa Monica and they were very pleased with the service as well.

I’ve never been one to think real estate agents are ever worth what they end up making on every sale but….wow…did Regina change my perspective on that. She started working for us a year before we put our place on the market. She walked through our apartment 3 or 4 times to help decide what updates were worth our making. Once she helped us decide to update the kitchen, get new appliances, paint bathrooms, and several other fixes, she took complete responsibility for getting them done. She got the appliance guys to come and measure the kitchen for appliances and then install them. She brought in the contractor to turn our drab kitchen into the apartment’s showpiece. She then worked with the stagers to make last minute adjustments to make sure everything was perfect. Once the unit went on the market, she hosted an open house that got us multiple offers well over asking. Within 3 days, we had chosen a buyer and two weeks later we closed. In the two weeks between the offer and the close, Regina was just amazing. She was on top of everything, making sure we had everything signed in time, making sure we understood the ramifications of each move, and making sure nothing would get in the way of the deal closing. This involved her making multiple trips to the unit and dozens of phone calls. She is so smart and I can’t imagine anybody working harder than she did for us. Even if our townhouse didn’t sell for almost $100k over asking, we would’ve been thrilled with everything Regina did for us. And the cool thing is that we now consider her a really good friend.

PIlar helped us with our first home purchase and she was wonderful. We met Pilar at an open house in culver city. The place she was showing already had several offers on it but she had printed out similar listings with open houses close by. That left a good impression on us and a couple of weeks later we ‘broke up’ with our then agent and called her. It took us a while to find a place that had everything we were looking for but she stuck with us the whole time, remained responsive throughout and it always felt like we were her only clients. She walked us through the purchase process, referred contractors and loan officers from whom we also received great service. We’re very happy with our new place.

I chose Regina to sell my home in Malibu because she had done a very good job in securing me a wonderful tenant 2 years’ prior. She is very professional and has a great sense of humor, which puts her far and above her male counterparts. Regina is very knowledgeable and accommodating and because I am handicapped, she has gone out of her way to help me in any way she could. Keller Williams Realty is lucky to be associated with her. Regina is always responsive and reliable and has great expertise in the real estate field. I recommend you choose her when selling your home.

Pilar Taylor is the reason I have a new home that I truly love. I was looking for something very specific, and for the past year she has stuck with me and patiently found me listings I was looking for and taking me to see properties she thought I would be interested in as soon as they hit the market. As a first time home buyer, she walked me through every step of the process and was available at any time to answer any questions that I had.
