With 20 years of experience in the sales and fashion industry, Gabi brings a unique blend of skill and insight to The Regina Vannicola Real Estate Group. Before joining Compass, Gabi owned and operated a Sales and Merchandising company and earned a degree in interior design through the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising. After taking some time off of her profession to raise her daughter, Gabi decided to follow her passions and ventured into real estate.

Since joining the industry, Gabi has had the opportunity to work in every area of real estate including with several high net worth clients, which speaks to Gabi's promise of client privacy and discretion. Being raised in Los Angeles and now living and working in Santa Monica, Gabi is able to offer extensive knowledge of all areas of the city to her clientele. Not only regarding where to live, but what each community has to offer from local activities, dining, shopping and schools for families.

When she's not out with clients, Gabi can be found taking a local pilates class, playing tennis with friends or out enjoying the newest bars and restaurants that the Westside has to offer. She's also been a long-time supporter of No Limits, a charity that helps deaf children and families.
